If you (being a school/club) sign up to services which require you to provide your bank details for the processing of payments due to you, then you are responsible for ensuring that those details are and remain correct and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss that you or any third party may suffer as a result of such details being incorrect save for in connection with our fraud or the fraud of any of our employees.
If you are signed in to ShopKeepEasy with administrative permissions for a school/club account, you are responsible for ensuring that any account details entered or amended shall be with the full authority and knowledge of that school/club and that the decisions/actions you make on the account are in the best interest of the school/club.

The ShopKeepEasy service is a web shop service offered by ShopKeepEasy on behalf of schools / clubs. Any product purchased through the ShopKeepEasy service is purchased from the relevant school/club and not from ShopkeepEasy Limited trading as “ShopKeepEasy” and is subject to the terms and conditions with the relevant school/club. Such terms and conditions can be found on the ShopKeepEasy service web shop webpages.
In addition to agreeing with the ShopKeepEasy General Terms of Use the below Terms of use apply in respect of Adding Funds as a parent user to your ShopKeepEasy account.
The process of ‘Adding Funds’ to your ShopKeepEasy account is the process by which you purchase e-vouchers from ShopKeepEasy enabling you to purchase products from any web shop operated by ShopKeepEasy on the shopkeepeasy.com domain.
Once you have opened an account with ShopKeepEasy you can then Add Funds subject to minimum and maximum amounts that ShopKeepEasy may determine from time to time.
Once you have provided debit or credit card details for your account, you can add Funds to your account from that card. As part of the Adding Funds process, we will check that your card is still valid and that funds are available to be paid using that card and that the card has not been reported as being lost or stolen. Once such checks have been completed, the Funds will be added and will be available for you to use.
If Funds are allocated to your account by mistake or if having allocated Funds to your account your bank, building society or credit card company (‘Your Bank’) subsequently require ShopKeepEasy to repay monies to them, then ShopKeepEasy may suspend your account and require you to re-credit your account with such Funds that have been utilised in transactions through any web shop, together with any administration charge that ShopKeepEasy may incur as a result of such action by Your Bank.
If you attempt to purchase products with a total price (including any applicable delivery charges) that exceeds your current available balance of Funds, you will be prompted to Add Funds before proceeding with the transaction, or alternatively you may remove items from your basket to reduce the total amount payable to within the balance of the Funds then available in your ShopKeepEasy account.
You may check your current available balance of Funds by logging into your ShopKeepEasy account.
ShopKeepEasy will have the right to close or suspend your account if we are notified of any fraudulent use of your account.
Unless ShopKeepEasy is required to do so by law or Court Order, Funds held in your account will not be repaid to you and cannot be transferred to any other service that ShopKeepEasy or any of its associated companies may provide from time to time.
Unused ‘Funds’ balances will expire after 10 years if not used.
Whilst ShopKeepEasy hosts web shops for schools/clubs, any purchases that you make through such web shop shall be a transaction between you and the relevant school/club and not with ShopKeepEasy.
