ABOUT ME

I am a keen amateur artist using various media but mainly watercolour and acrylics.  I was inspired to start painting through watching Watercolour Challenge with Hannah Gordon back in the 1990’s while on maternity leave.  After moving to Rome, I attended Scuola d’Arte di Santa Fattorini for 8 years and learned watercolour techniques and painting with oils.  I have had several paintings published in Avanguardie Artistiche, an Italian art critique catalogue.  My husbands’ career moved the family to Gothenburg in Sweden where I continued to paint.  On returning to the UK, I have kept up my hobby and attended numerous painting and workshops with artists from around the world, developing my own techniques.
